My work is rooted in the belief that healing is not about fixing what is broken, it is about remembering who you are beneath the layers of survival.

Welcome! My name is Emily Warren, but you can call me Em. I am passionate about emotional wellness, somatic healing, nervous system regulation, and creating spaces where people feel safe enough to soften. My approach is grounded in nervous system awareness, embodied practices, and community-based support. I believe that growth happens not only within us, but between us, through presence, compassion, and connection.

Like many people drawn to this work, my path began through my own healing journey. I have experienced firsthand how deeply our bodies hold our stories, and how transformative it can be to listen to them with patience and care. Through movement, breath, and relational support, I found ways to reconnect with myself and rebuild trust from the inside out. That lived experience continues to inform how I hold space for others.

In my work, I focus on gentle, accessible practices that honor where you are right now. There is no pressure to perform, push, or become someone else. Instead, we move at the pace of your nervous system, cultivating resilience, self-compassion, and a sense of belonging along the way.

At the heart of everything I offer is community.

I believe healing is amplified when we are witnessed and supported, when we realize we are not alone in our experiences. My role is not to lead you away from yourself, but to walk alongside you as you reconnect with your inner wisdom and capacity for healing.

Offerings

I offer group support and wellness coaching experiences centered on emotional wellness, somatic awareness, gentle movement, and community connection. These offerings are designed to support nervous system regulation, self-understanding, and embodied resilience through accessible, non-pathologizing practices.

Ways to work together include:

  • Support Groups that foster connection, shared reflection, and collective healing

  • 1:1 Wellness Coaching focused on emotional awareness, embodiment, and supportive lifestyle practices

  • Somatic Practices and Yoga to support regulation, grounding, and reconnection with the body

  • Workshops and Series centered on emotional wellness, stress resilience, and self-care practices

  • Professional Consultations with organizations and professionals to discuss services, programming, and collaborative wellness support

  • Initial Consultations to explore your goals, answer questions, and determine whether this work is the right fit for you

This work is not therapy and does not diagnose, treat, or replace mental health care. Wellness coaching is a collaborative, present-focused practice that supports personal growth, self-regulation, and embodied awareness. If therapeutic or clinical support is needed, I encourage working alongside a licensed mental health professional.
